Chess Puzzles is an offline tactics trainer built from real positions in the Lichess puzzle database. Find the best move, follow the tactical line, and improve at your own pace.

Clear goals. Each puzzle tells you what to find, such as checkmate in two.

Three difficulty bands. Choose Easy, Medium, or Hard puzzles.

Useful hints. Reveal the move to play when you need a nudge.

Opening practice. Learn twenty common openings move by move, then play them back from memory against the most common replies.

The app needs no account and requests no permissions. It contains no ads, analytics, or tracking. Puzzles come from the Lichess Open Database under CC0 1.0, and opening names from Lichess's opening list, also CC0 1.0.
